Information we collect

We collect the details you enter in the application form: your name, National ID or passport number, phone number, email address, date of birth, gender, marital status, number of dependants, income and employment information, current county, and your preferred county, project, housing type and move-in period. We also record the M-Pesa transaction details for your KSh 500 booking fee.

How we use your information

Your information is used to process and review your housing application, to confirm your booking fee payment, to contact you about your application, and to produce your payment receipt and application reference.

Storage and security

Application and payment records are stored in a secured database with restricted access. Payments are processed by a licensed payment provider; we never store your M-Pesa PIN and will never ask you for it.

Your rights

You may request a copy of your application data, ask for corrections, or request deletion where no legal obligation requires us to keep it. Contact us using the details on the Contact page and include your application reference.

Data sharing

We do not sell your personal data. Information is shared only with the payment provider processing your booking fee and with parties directly involved in reviewing housing applications.
