Booking fee

A booking fee of KSh 500 is payable by M-Pesa to submit an application. The fee covers application processing and is non-refundable once your application has been submitted and recorded.

No guarantee of allocation

Payment of the booking fee starts the application process. It does not guarantee that a house will be allocated to you, nor does it reserve a specific unit in any project.

Accurate information

You confirm that the information provided in your application is true and complete. Applications containing false or misleading information may be declined without refund.

Project availability

Project listings, unit types and indicative monthly rent may change as projects progress. Availability differs between counties and projects.

Payment safety

Pay only through the M-Pesa prompt sent to your phone during the application. Never share your M-Pesa PIN, and do not send money to any personal phone number in connection with your application.
